ALTERNATOR
Function
By using rotary power from the engine, an alternator charges an automobile’s battery and generates the energy needed for every electrical part of the car. Since an automobile generator must produce high-voltage power at a low speed while, achieving reliable performance at a high speed, three-phase alternators are used.
Since generators often refer to DC generators that were used in the past, these devices are instead called AX alternators nowadays.
STARTER MOTOR
Function
As an engine does not have the power to start itself, an external force must be applied from the outset to spin the crank axis. A starter motor is what performs this task. The engine’s rotation, after starting, is due to the fly wheel’s rotational inertia and continuous explosion of each cylinder. When the car key is turned, it activates the starter motor, thereby starting the car.
CV JOINT
Function
The CV joint transfers power from both engine and trans-mission to the wheels. It transmits the same number of rotation and torque to the wheel axis even if the running angle changes.
R&P
Function
By generating oil pressure using the engine’s motor power, helps drivers operate the steering wheel faster and more efforlessly for easy change of direction. The power steering oil pump.
CALIPER
Function
A hydraulic device that supports front-wheel brakes by sticking automobile pads quickly to discs.
